IT Infrastructure Executive

About the Role

Responsible for the setup, management, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, hardware, network connectivity, and security systems to ensure secure and reliable operations across all ICAC locations.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise 11 operational branches across Oman                                                                      
• Lead and develop a team of 70+ employees
• Ensure compliance with SLA, SOPs, and operational standards
• Monitor branch performance and implement process improvements
• Handle customer service escalations and operational challenges
• Coordinate with stakeholders and government authorities
• Conduct branch audits and performance reviews

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and systems management.
• Experience managing multi-location IT environments.
• Proven experience leading or managing a small IT team.
• Networking, firewalls, and VPN management.
• Server and system administration.
• CCTV and physical security systems.
• Vendor coordination and SLA management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Organizational skills to manage multi-location operations.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
