Privacy Notice & Consent for Data Processing

1. Data Collection and Purpose: By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree that SGIVS Global (hereinafter "The Service Provider"), acting as the authorized outsourcing partner for the Embassy of India, Muscat, will collect and process your personal data. This data is collected solely for the purpose of processing your Passport, Visa, or Attestation application in accordance with the mandate of the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.
2. International Data Transfer (Oman PDPL Compliance): In accordance with the Oman Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022), we hereby inform you that your data will be stored and processed on secure cloud infrastructure within Oman.
3. Data Retention: Your data will be retained only for the period necessary to fulfil the consular service and as mandated by the Embassy of India's record-keeping policies. Once the retention period expires, data is purged or archived as per official diplomatic protocols.
4. Applicant Declaration & Consent
• I hereby give my express, informed, and unequivocal consent to the collection, and processing of my personal data for the purposes stated above.
• I understand that I have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of my data, subject to the legal requirements of the Embassy of India and the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
• I acknowledge that providing this data is a mandatory requirement for the processing of my application.
